Scope
The dataset tracks public governance signals about advanced AI: frontier developer safety frameworks and their revisions, legislation and regulation, government and independent evaluations, and international commitments. It is a selection, not a census.
Records
Each record describes one signal, the dated events behind it and, where it is meaningful, the interval between two of those events. Records are written and reviewed by Syntony researchers. The analysis and questions are our interpretation of the public record.
Source checks
Every cited source is fetched hourly. The check records whether the page was reachable and whether its text changed since the version we reviewed. A change marks the record for review; it is not a finding in itself.
Limitations
Public records lag internal decisions, and some sources block automated checks. A missing public response does not mean no action was taken. Intervals in different records measure different things and are not comparable scores.
