Consulting and other product engagements

Consulting, research, advisory, software, and custom product engagements are subject to the applicable statement of work, master services agreement, NDA, license, or other written agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

No brokerage, representation, or guaranteed third-party outcomes

Syntony Research LLC is an evaluation, research, governance, and engineering firm—not an access broker, introductions firm, placement agent, lobbying or public-relations firm, or outsourced business-development representative. Syntony does not sell introductions, professional relationships, or access to individuals or institutions; arrange meetings or access to third-party decision-makers as a contracted deliverable; represent clients in business-development, fundraising, advocacy, or institutional-adoption outreach; or guarantee adoption, system-card or model-card inclusion, publication, procurement, funding, partnership, policy, regulatory, or other third-party decisions.

References on this site or in proposals to strategy, positioning, decision support, adoption pathways, converting interest into formal adoption, or placing evidence before decision-makers mean equipping the client with analysis, evidence, decision pathways, audience-specific materials, and implementation support for the client's own use through the client's own relationships and channels. They do not promise access to, introductions to, representation before, or action by any third party. Clients retain responsibility for their own outreach and relationship management; third parties retain their own decisions.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, diagrams, interfaces, product names, product descriptions, workflows, research products, taxonomies, software concepts, and related materials are owned by Syntony Research LLC, doing business publicly as Syntony, or used with permission. Syntony, Resonance, GovTune AI, and related product names and materials may be trademarks, service marks, or proprietary materials of Syntony Research LLC.

Public previews are illustrative. They do not grant rights to copy, reproduce, commercialize, reverse engineer, adapt, scrape, train on, or create derivative products from Syntony materials, interfaces, diagrams, workflows, or product concepts. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Other use requires prior written permission.

No warranty
