Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack)

• Build GovTune AI workflows that connect evaluation traces to draft findings, controls, and human review.
• Develop Resonance interfaces that link attack paths to test evidence, responsible teams, responses, and retesting.
• Design APIs and data models that preserve the context and history of reviewed records.
• Implement accessible interfaces, permission checks, and reliable import and export flows.
• Write tests, review implementation decisions, and document the code for ongoing maintenance.

• Experience shipping and maintaining web products across frontend and backend.
• Sound judgment about data integrity, access controls, accessibility, and interface design.
• Ability to clarify requirements with technical and non-technical users.
• Experience diagnosing production issues and improving existing software.
• Clear written communication and work samples that explain your contribution.

We assess relevant experience and demonstrated work. Graduate enrollment or a graduate degree is not required.

This is a paid contract role. Deliverables, milestones, rates, payment terms, expected availability, and acceptance criteria will be agreed in writing before work begins.

The agreement will also cover confidentiality, intellectual property, access requirements, and handover. This professional role is separate from Syntony’s fellowships and undergraduate internship.
